1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and batjily ("batjily", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at batjily.net and all associated subdomains and services.

By accessing the batjily platform, creating a registered account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the batjily service, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their contents;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published by batjily from time to time;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money deposited into your batjily account.

These Terms are written in English and the English text shall be the governing version in all circumstances. batjily serves the Bangladesh market and all references to currency are to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

The batjily platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to register for, access, or use any real-money gaming or betting service on the batjily platform. This minimum age requirement is an absolute condition of use and applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.

2.2 Age Verification

batjily reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued identification document. A player's account may be suspended pending verification and any withdrawal request will be held until age verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The batjily platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. batjily makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh's intended service area.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an active batjily account:

• Any individual under the age of 18;
• Any individual who has previously been self-excluded from the batjily platform and whose self-exclusion period has not yet expired;
• Any individual whose account has been permanently closed by batjily for breach of these Terms;
• Any employee, contractor, or direct family member of a batjily employee who has access to non-public platform information;
• Any individual acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, another person for the purpose of placing bets or operating a wagering syndicate through a single account.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming and sports betting features on batjily, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active batjily account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where batjily detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or bonus winnings contained within them will be voided and forfeited. The primary account may also be subject to suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batjily account username and password. batjily will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your batjily account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — batjily strongly recommends this for all accounts;
• Notify the batjily support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Not share your login credentials with any other individual under any circumstances.

batjily accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

batjily operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit KYC documentation at any point during your use of the platform — particularly before processing a withdrawal, after reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or if unusual account activity is detected. KYC documentation may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing will be held pending satisfactory completion of any requested KYC review.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

batjily accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. batjily will publish updates to available payment methods on the platform with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on the batjily platform is ৳500 per transaction. There is no standard maximum single deposit, though transaction limits imposed by individual payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad daily limits) will apply. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming settings panel.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within one to four hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• The player's account must have passed the applicable KYC verification level;
• No active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the account balance;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the verified source-of-funds limit applicable to the account;
• The account is in good standing with no active fraud investigation or compliance review.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the batjily platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a payment is received in a different currency due to international card processing, the amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any currency conversion fees charged by a player's bank or payment provider are the player's own responsibility.

4.5 Funds Ownership

All funds deposited into a batjily account remain the property of the player until validly wagered. batjily holds player funds in accounts segregated from its own operating funds. This means that your deposited balance is not at risk from batjily's operational obligations. Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant bet or game round.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

batjily offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Bangladesh players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer and will specify the eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, and validity period.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded on batjily are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement for a given bonus will be stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). Players must wager the required amount across eligible games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering progress can be tracked from the player's account panel.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

batjily takes bonus integrity seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures, or coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. batjily's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

batjily reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player has an active qualifying bonus, the terms applicable at the time of the player's opt-in will continue to apply to that specific bonus instance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batjily platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity — including use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks made in bad faith, identity fraud, or submission of falsified verification documents;
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino tables and poker variants;
• Match fixing and insider information — placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of any sporting event, or taking any action intended to manipulate the outcome of a match or event;
• Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to interact with the batjily platform without prior written authorisation;
• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the batjily platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a direct result of a known software error are void and will be reclaimed;
• Money laundering — using the batjily platform as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. batjily cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into such activity;
• Account sharing or transfer — allowing any other person to access or use your batjily account, or transferring your account or any account balance to a third party.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the batjily platform — including but not limited to the batjily brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to batjily and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the batjily platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the batjily platform or its content without prior written permission from batjily. Unauthorised use of any batjily intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

Game content available on the batjily platform is provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All intellectual property rights in individual game titles remain the property of their respective studios. batjily's licence to offer this content does not extend any rights in that content to players.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

batjily endeavours to maintain continuous availability of its platform. However, the platform may be subject to interruption for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond batjily's reasonable control. batjily does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for any losses — including betting losses — arising from platform downtime, delays, or unavailability.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All games and betting markets on the batjily platform operate on certified random number generation or real-time sporting event outcomes. batjily accepts no liability for the outcomes of individual games or bets. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you accept the inherent risk of financial loss associated with gambling.

8.3 Third-Party Services

batjily integrates with third-party payment providers and game content suppliers. batjily is not responsible for any failure, delay, or error on the part of these third-party services where such failure is beyond batjily's direct control. This includes payment processing delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.

8.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batjily's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by batjily's gross negligence.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Any registered batjily player may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming settings panel. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion, the player's account cannot be accessed, deposits are blocked, and no marketing communications will be sent. 9.3 Batjily-Initiated Suspension or Closure

batjily reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other lawful instruction requiring account closure;
• The player is identified as a minor.

Where an account is closed by batjily for breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and real-money deposits obtained through fraudulent means — may be forfeited. Where a real-money balance is present in a legitimately held account that is closed for operational or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, batjily will return the verified balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Amendments to These Terms

batjily reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, batjily will notify registered players through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification on login, email to the registered account address, or a notice on the batjily.net homepage.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the batjily platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 9.1.

Minor updates — such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing policy, or adjustments to reflect changes in payment provider names — may be made without prior notice. Only changes that materially affect player rights or obligations will be notified through the channels listed above.
